From a Small Press to a Printing Powerhouse
The story of Huegins Graphoo is one of dedication, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Founded in 1996 by Mr. Sanjeev Mohan and Mrs. Eugena Jerome, what began as a small printing press has evolved into one of Sri Lanka’s most advanced printing and packaging facilities.

Their passion for quality, innovation, and customer service laid the foundation for Huegins Graphoo, making it a trusted name in offset and digital printing, custom packaging, and branding solutions across multiple industries.

Though Mr. Sanjeev Mohan (who passed away in 2021) and Mrs. Eugena Jerome (who passed away in 2020) are no longer with us, their vision and legacy continue to inspire everything we do.

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Sanjeev Mohan played a pivotal role in shaping Sri Lanka’s printing industry. His contributions include:
✔ President of the Sri Lanka Printers Association (2011–2013), leading industry advancements.
✔ Director of the Sri Lanka Institute of Printing, supporting professional growth.
✔ Founding member and chairman of the Sri Lankan Print Media Academy, helping future generations.
✔ Advisor to the Export Development Board’s Print Advisory Committee, contributing to national development.
✔ First Vice President of the Asian Print Congress, representing Sri Lanka internationally.
His leadership, innovation, and commitment to quality printing helped Huegins Graphoo become a recognized leader in the industry.

Mrs. Eugena Jerome – A Trailblazer in Business & Women’s Leadership
A remarkable entrepreneur and business leader, Mrs. Eugena Jerome played a key role in Huegins Graphoo’s growth and success. Her achievements include:
✔ Holding a leadership position at the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, empowering female entrepreneurs.
✔ Winner of the Priyadarshani Award (2015) for Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur, presented by the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs.

Mr. Shevon Flecher

Managing Director

Shevon Flecher is the driving force behind Huegins Graphoo, leading the company with a vision of excellence, innovation, and long-term partnerships. Since joining in 2018 as Finance Manager, his strategic mindset and dedication quickly earned him a place on the Board as an Executive Director in 2021. Today, as Managing Director, he oversees the company’s growth, operations, and innovation, ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With a Bachelor’s degree from Staffordshire University (UK) and a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Shevon combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of branding and business strategy. His leadership has strengthened Huegins Graphoo’s reputation, making it a trusted name in Sri Lanka’s printing and packaging industry.
